Manage project team members to implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions successfully.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project plans.
- Assign tasks and manage project team members.
- Forecast commitment based on the project plans.
- Tracking and controlling AR & WIP.
- Problem solving resources conflicts.
- Perform risk analysis.
- Create and communicate project status reports to management and customers.
- Ensure quality, timeline, and budget for deliverables of projects.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with customers and team members.
- Ensure customer acceptance for delivered service.

Requirements
- Must have strong project management knowledge and more than 5 years of working experience with ERP systems.
- Must have a strong command of English communication.
- Great communication and presentation skills with both business and C-level project sponsors(both in English and Vietnamese).
- Worked with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Solid analytical or problem-solving skills with capability to identify solutions.
- Strong leadership and team development.
