About the company:
Our partner is the first company in Vietnam to provide invoice process automation solutions through the application of AI technology and robotic process automation (RPA). Their platform can be easily integrated with existing accounting solutions, and connects suppliers and customers to automate financial processes such as checks, reconciliations, and payments, etc. The company currently has more than 100 major customers including Grab, GS25, Circle K, Tiki, Guardian, Medicare, Pharmacity and more than 4,000 vendors using the platform daily. JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Engineer Manager is responsible for managing an organization of several development squads
- Build self-organized, highly engaged and performant development teams
- Provide agile best practices for continuously delivering value to customers
- Coach development teams in applying Scrum and DevOps
- Manage the employee career development
- Collaborate across functions including areas outside of Tech
- Drive and facilitate organizational changes Align development processes across the teams
- Encourage cross-team collaboration
- Build a team culture of measured, continuous improvement
- Collaborate on delivery roadmaps with Product Owners, Tech Leaders, to ensure the teams have clear directions and priorities

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing software development teams
- Experience working with international clients and on/offshore working model
- Strong knowledge in software engineering processes
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent problem solving & communication skills
- Excellent customer and internal team relationship building skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, dedication, and commitment
- Fluent in English is a plus
