Mô tả công việc

  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals on paid platforms like Facebook, Google, Amazon, Tiktok, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc,..
  • Manage budgets across all digital channels to drive strong ROI and ROAs, etc,...
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects.
  • Track and report on the performance of all paid digital marketing campaigns and compare them to objectives (ROI and KPIs).
  • Keyword Analysis, Research, and Copywriting: Extensive experience with keyword research. This includes knowing how to identify the least expensive, yet most profitable keywords for sites – whether we are running a pay per click (PPC) campaign, or want to improve organic search results
  • Recognize trends and insights, then optimize spend and performance based on the findings.
  • Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of advertising messages.
  • Evaluate emerging paid advertising platforms - provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
  • Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Preference will be given to candidates with 1 or 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, International Business, Business English or related fields
  • Toeic 700 or IELTS 5.5. Focus on reading & comprehension skills
  • Good understanding of funnels and campaign structure.
  • Understand long-term brand goals, identify target audiences, and have a creative mindset for ideating the design of campaigns.
  • Knowledge of ideating, building, and running paid brand awareness and user acquisition campaigns.
  • Knowledge of social media content boosting, ad dashboard creation, and assisting the social media team in monitoring each channel and staying on top of necessary analytics to optimize their organic approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interested in E-commerce and culture of US-UK
  • Creative working attitude, flexible to absorb and apply new knowledge.
  • Be responsible for work, proactively handle issues related to their work with related departments
  • Determine the direction of self-development at work. Share new ideas to improve work
