       2. Job description: We're searching for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who has strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. The COO will lead our development team in an efficient, productive, and high quality. Detail:
  • Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels
  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
  • Oversee product/project development, quality, and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met
  • Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement

Job Requirement

 3. Requirements:Required skills and qualifications
  • 5 years or more of experience in executive leadership roles in the IT domain
  • Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
  • Understanding of IT product/service development process and operation
  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
  • Business Japanese (N2 level)
 Preferred skills and qualifications
  • PMP certification
  • Experience working in multinational companies
