JOB DESCRIPTION
- Execute our community growth roadmap and success metric
- Facilitate conversations on major social platforms (Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Forums, etc)
- Lead initiatives to growth-hack the community using the latest trends
- Actively manage and evolve the Pixcap Community community health and tone of voice
- Monitor brand alignment of the community with the company’s identity

Requirements
* Required skills and experiences:
- Proven experience in launching community initiatives (building forums, launching influencer programs, operating contests, etc)
- Demonstrated ability to moderate highly-engaged communities of more than 30k+ followers per platform
- Passion for being a community and user advocate. You understand why customer voices are so important and thrive in finding innovative ways to support them
- Eloquent English writer
- A highly proactive and reliable team player
*Preferred skills and experiences
- Experience working for a fast-paced B2C product team (non-crypto)
- Passion for 3D and/or Design industry and related software would be a major plus (Blender, Spline, Figma, Framer)
- References from previous employers
