- Build upon the core marketing strategy for scaling up the business.
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition growth and costs.
- Develop marketing execution plans and deliver on acquisition targets within time and budget.
- Come up with new ideas for internal and external campaigns that would appeal to the masses.
- Build and lead a team of campaign managers, media buyers, and analysts. Allocate marketing resources to different campaigns based on budget.
- Build and manage external relationships with blockchain and gaming media, press, journalists, agencies, influencers, partners, and possibly investors.
- Build and manage your marketing team and work closely with community managers and moderators.
- Plan and execute the ambassador program and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Work with the leadership team to agree on high-level Marketing strategy/plans and goals/targets that drive profit and complement business objectives
- Lead product marketing efforts by improving key conversion metrics through consumer journey improvement in a scientific manner.
Job Requirement
- 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years of digital marketing experience.
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal English skills) and interpersonal abilities.
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry and marketing for PC/Console/Mobile games.
- Deep understanding of blockchain aspects such as NFT, DeFi, governance and utility tokens, DAO, dApps, Ethereum network, Wallet, etc.
- Deep understanding of Discord and social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Telegram, and Reddit.
- Have a measurement-driven mindset to measure, optimize and scale new advertising and organic growth channels.
- Solid experience building and leading world-class teams to achieve aggressive targets.
- Strong understanding of the creative process and marketing communication to drive user acquisition using digital and brand marketing.
- Strong skills in management and analysis of the entire acquisition funnel from creative design to media buying to user acquisition. Hands-on experience is a must.
- Strong understanding of how to drive user acquisition on multiple advertising channels.
- Able to work seamlessly with both highly creative and highly analytical people.
- Strong understanding of setting and executing AB tests to drive conversion rate improvement.
- Good experience and skill in marketing tools, such as Google Keywords, Sensor Tower, AppFollow, App Annie …
- Being a gamer or love games 🎮
- Experience in NFT gaming and running user acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Google Search, Display, and Affiliates
- Having a strong network of connections in the gaming and crypto communities of journalists, influencers and investors and strong entrepreneurial mentality and not a 9-to-5 mindset.
- MSc/MA in business administration, marketing, communications or a relevant field
