Job Description

DigiSource's customer is Seatincom, an information technology services company, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, looking to recruit for the position: C&B Specialist
C&B Specialist works under supervision of C&B Team Manager to perform all C&B operational and transactional tasks and to take responsibility for administration of C&B standard operation processes that in line with the company’s policies and in accordance with Vietnamese regulations and laws  
I. HR Admin Tasks
  • HR Admin Tasks Prepare labor contract and C&B related documents 
  • Follow up labor contract/ annex expiry and proceed contract renewal
  • Support the C&B Team Manager in on-boarding and termination process including documentation preparation, communication to related department, exit interview and onboard/off-board checklist
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data base as well as completion of employee’s personal profile 
II. Payroll (internal staff and service contracted people)
  • Coordinate with department to get approved timesheet for monthly payroll
  • Calculate monthly payroll and get all required approval for payment
  •  Process monthly payroll payment
  • Send monthly payslip to employees
III. Others
  • Support the C&B Team Manager in managing and communicating KPIs
  • Generate and submit periodically reports to local authorities at their requests
  • Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Economics or related fields
  • At least 03 years of professional experience in human resources or related services.
  • Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal). Solid on-site experience.
  • Good understand of local labor law and regulations.
  • Location: Phnom Penh
