Salary: 6,000,000 - 10,000,000 VND and commission
What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On
- Build a pipeline of leads through inbound and outbound efforts.
- Research and develop strategy for new categories, client-profiles and target prospects that will support the growth of DigiSource business across recruitment, building up team and training services in Vietnam and overseas.
- Generate new leads for DigiSource to pursue according to the profile of our key clients and verticals; identifying and qualifying leads, run lead generation activities and drive engagement to generate a sales qualified lead (SQL) for the BD team.
- Build a pipeline through industry research, forums, channels and in collaboration in conjunction with the sales and marketing teams; follow up on and qualifying warm inbound leads arriving through our website or marketing events such as trade shows and webinars
- Identify and qualify relevant prospects and identify the right contact person from each company or enhancing data using external data sources; engage prospects with an introduction on the DigiSource value proposition and further segmenting opportunities based on their size, potential and strategic relevance.
- Proactively research new areas and segments to identify new prospects; understand client needs, industry trends, and collaborate with the Sales, Marketing and Compliance functions.
- Develop engagement with prospects and pitch decks to communicate the benefits of the DigiSource value proposition.
- Communicate over phone, email and face-to-face and be able to convey the DigiSource story.
- Negotiation and closing of deals: Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership.
Job Requirement
For This Role You Also Have
- University / College degree in a business-related field.
- Experience in Technology, Marketing or HR industry is an advantage
- At least 6 months of experience in Sales Development / Lead Generation, including cold calling & discovery emails.
- Ability to probe and question and get meaningful insights about a client and to identify solutions that support a customer’s needs
- Strong verbal and written communication in Vietnamese & English.
- Persistent, ambitious, results driven and highly motivated.
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong research capabilities
- Ability to understand IT & Marketing business models and tailor a pitch around them.
- Confidence to pitch and connect with C-Level executives in small, medium and large sized companies.
- Experience in managing opportunities and workflow using CRM
- Extensive experience closed dealing with partners/clients
- Love and have long-term orientation in the HR services industry is a plus
