- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements related to ERP (Odoo) modules.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and documents (BRD, URD, workflows).
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and user requirements.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training sessions for end-users.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose effective ERP/Odoo solutions.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and process flows as needed.
- Provide post-implementation support and system enhancements.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP-related projects.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo (any version), including understanding of key modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of business processes (finance, operations, procurement, etc.).
- Experience working with BRD, URD, BPMN or UML is a plus.
- Good communication and documentation skills in Vietnamese.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and a team player.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in software development or implementation projects.
- Basic understanding of databases or ERP customization is a plus.
