Job Description
Communication
between customer and offshore
Perform requirement hearing and analysis, solution proposal
Perform basic design, detailed design, test design creation/review in Japanese if needed
Perform deliverables review for offshore team if needed
Assist project manager on project scope, estimation, planning, monitoring and controlling
Support UAT testing and verifying bugs/issues

Job Requirement
Japanese level
equivalent to N2 or above
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Has at least 1 year of experience in participating in a series of required tasks (requirement hearing and analysis, basic design, detailed design)
Techlead and PM require at least 5 years of experience.
Has experience with one of the following technology stacks/platforms: Web application (Java, C#, PHP, Front-end language), Mobile application (Android, iOS), Embedded (C/C++), Salesforce, SAP, RPA, C++, AWS, Aras, Oracle.
Desired Skills:
Understanding about Japanese culture and Japanese working style
Experience managing big projects
Leadership potentiality, high responsibility, good teamwork spirit
Prefer candidate with work experience or study in Japan

Interview process:
Probation: 3 months ·
Salary package: up to 900 Man / Year ( Negotiable depending on position level), including 12 months salary and 2 months KPI. Overtime Salary according to Japanese law policy. ·

Transportation allowance: 2 Man/ month (up to actual expense)
