Job Objectives:
As the Brand Communication PIC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining our brand image. This role involves orchestrating communication strategies, PR activities, social media channels, product marketing, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings, industry trends, and consumer behaviour.
- Develop and implement brand communication strategies to strengthen brand identity and recognition.
- Oversee the planning and execution of brand events, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines; Manage and curate content across various channels, including the company website and social media platforms.
- Identify relevant online and traditional media outlets within the online entertainment/sports industry; Foster relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers covering topics related to our brand.
- Supervise social media specialists, providing guidance and ensuring cohesive messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding strategies with business objectives.Analyse communication metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation
- Analyse user behaviour on the platform and suggest data-driven optimisations for product promotion and enhancement.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Proven experience in brand management and communication for at least 8 years.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai/ Viet and English.
- Proficiency in social media management, media relations, content creation, and event planning.

- Salary: starting $1200 - $3500 or higher, depending on the candidate's performance assessment.
