Khách hàng của DigiSource là Công ty Cổ phần Le Aesthetics Group - một startup kinh doanh các mặt hàng và dịch vụ mang tính thẩm mĩ cao. Tầm nhìn của công ty bao gồm những ngành hàng thời trang, trang trí nội thất và quán cafe. Trong giai đoạn 1 hiện nay, công ty đang phát triển ngành thời trang nữ cao cấp với thương hiệu Simple Twist Studio.

Role Overview
As the Assistant Marketing Manager at Simple Twist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Manager and Executive team to develop and execute integrated marketing programs. You will manage various marketing projects, track performance, and ensure that all campaigns align with our brand’s mission and objectives. This position requires a highly organized individual with a proven track record in sales and marketing and the ability to generate actionable insights from data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies that align with business goals. Coordinate with departments to assess products and programs.
  • Project Management: Manage inbox, meetings, reporting, projects, vendor and supplier relationships, briefs, presentations, documents, and stakeholders. Oversee budget and project timelines.
  • Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between the executive team and staff, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment. Organize meetings and gather, compile, and store meeting information.
  • Performance Tracking: Track team activities and report on marketing results weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Gather and analyze market insights to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Creative Development: Generate creative ideas to enhance brand awareness and ensure brand alignment. Write and design proposals, advertisements, internal communications, and web content.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and implement promotional programs and communication plans. Monitor campaign effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to meet KPIs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and comparisons to identify product strengths and weaknesses for continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably in the fashion retail sector.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Meta Ads, ALM, Shopee Ads).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
