Job Responsibilities:
-Lên kế hoạch và triển khai các chiến dịch quảng cáo trên các nền tảng như Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads,...
Plan and execute advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
-Theo dõi, đo lường và tối ưu hiệu suất quảng cáo (CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA...).
Monitor, measure, and optimize ad performance (CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA...).
-Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan (content, design, sale, product...) để xây dựng nội dung và hình ảnh quảng cáo.
Collaborate with content, design, sales, and product teams to create effective ad creatives.
-Thực hiện A/B testing, đánh giá kết quả và đề xuất cải tiến chiến dịch.
Conduct A/B testing, evaluate results, and propose improvements for campaigns.
-Báo cáo định kỳ hiệu suất chạy ads và đề xuất chiến lược cho từng giai đoạn.
Prepare periodic ad performance reports and suggest strategic directions for each phase.
-Cập nhật xu hướng quảng cáo mới, thay đổi thuật toán của các nền tảng.
Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform algorithm changes

Required Qualifications:
-Security, honesty, and meticulousness are crucial requirements.
Yêu cầu về bảo mật, trung thực và kỹ lưỡng là yêu cầu cấp thiết quan trọng.
-Minimum 3 years of experience running ads on at least one platform (Facebook/Google/TikTok)
Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm chạy quảng cáo trên ít nhất 1 nền tảng (Facebook/Google/TikTok).
-Solid understanding of setting up and optimizing campaigns based on objectives (Traffic, Leads,Conversion, etc.).
Hiểu rõ cách thiết lập và tối ưu chiến dịch theo mục tiêu (Traffic, Leads, Conversion,...).
-Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, etc.
Biết sử dụng các công cụ: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads,...
-Ability to work in teams and withstand high work pressure, able to work overtime and always be ready in all situations.

- Salary starting at $1,300 Net or higher, depending on the candidate's performance assessment.
