Solution provider:
  • Understand client vertical knowledge and product and marketing.
  • Manage client expectations to ensure timelines, progress, budget, and client deliverables, while achieving the expected profit for the company: The client working with is marketing manager and marketing lead
  • Uncover new opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Provide professional support to maximize customer loyalty
  • Prospecting and Developing potential customers Converting into official customers of the company
  • Drafting and controlling contracts related to customers and 3rd party partners
Project tracking:
  • Acting as the main point of contact between client & agency to take the role of supporting and consulting
  • Manage the overall client in many project types varies from creative / content to media performance
  • Coordinate management with team to execute project and manage on top performance, risk management, client status management
  • Identify key issues in different contexts and perspectives to deliver project objectives
  • Understand and provide marketing solutions to clients in order to deliver project objectives and KPIs
People leadership:
         • Mentor 1-2 Intern/Trainee and motivate them to deliver tasks at the highest quality
         • Provide clear roadmap & guidance and always-on improving leadership to catch up the promotion process
         • Structure the problem and prioritize effectively to maximize resources
         • Provide individual coaching/feedback stretching to get personal and team goal

Yêu cầu công việc

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Graduate from University, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing/Advertising
  • At least 3 years of experience in agency (communications, advertising, digital marketing, social media etc. )
  • Logical thinking and having good analytical skills, and reporting skills
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active person that always takes initiative
